You know what you need to do.
You just can't make yourself do it.
You've been called lazy, inconsistent, "not living up to your potential." Eventually, you started believing it.
You've spent years wondering why everything seems harder for you than for everyone else. Why you can handle a crisis but can't reply to a simple email. Why you have so many ideas but so few finished projects.
You've tried the planners, the apps, the self-help books. They worked for a week (maybe two) then joined the graveyard of abandoned systems. Each one you dropped made you trust yourself a little less.
What if none of that was true?
I'm Mike
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 39 and Autism a couple of years later. By that point I had burned out completely. The strategies I'd relied on for years stopped working and I couldn't understand why.
Even before that, I thought I was broken. I failed so many university modules they banned me from studying. I tried every self-help strategy going (and plenty of self-medicating). None of it worked, until I understood why it wasn't working.
So I did something different. I learned self-compassion, let go of the shame, and stopped fighting how my brain works.
Years later, I went back to university and got a First in Psychology and Counselling.
Same brain. Different approach.

What most ADHD advice gets wrong:
One-size-fits-all strategies set you up to fail.
They often work for a while, you get excited and things click. Then they stop working. Shame and disappointment kick in.
It feels like a personal failure. It's not.
Most ADHD advice assumes consistency when ADHD brains are built for variability.
Some days your needs have changed. Other days it's burnout or overwhelm. Different strategies are needed when the tank is empty or everything feels too much.
Getting this right needs a different approach.
Coaching won't make ADHD vanish.
But it can transform how you live with it
Imagine being able to
Stop the internal war
and start working with your brain instead of against it
Learn to trust yourself again
by actually achieving things, not just planning them
Build systems that actually fit
because what works for neurotypical brains probably won't work for yours
Uncover your strengths
not just your struggles
Navigate overwhelm
without shutting down

How it works:
We meet weekly or fortnightly via video call for 50-minute sessions. Each one starts with what's going on for you. We figure out what's stuck and what to do about it, together.
This involves taking a step back and building the foundations. Understanding how your brain really works. What gets you going, what fills the tank, and what keeps you on track.
We keep what's already working, and find better options for what isn't.
Between sessions you'll work on small, manageable actions. No homework pressure, just experiments to see what fits.
That knowledge allows you to create systems and strategies that actually stick. It's about building a flexible toolkit that allows for whatever's needed in that moment.
You then come away ready for whatever life throws at you.
