You know what you need to do.
You just can't make yourself do it.
You've been called lazy, inconsistent, "not living up to your potential." Eventually, you started believing it.
You've spent years wondering why everything seems harder for you than for everyone else. Why you can handle a crisis but can't reply to a simple email. Why you have so many ideas but so few finished projects.
You've tried the planners, the apps, the self-help books. They worked for a week (maybe two) then joined the graveyard of abandoned systems.
What if none of that was true?
I'm Mike
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 39 and Autism a couple of years later.
Before that, I thought I was broken. I failed so many university modules they banned me from studying. I tried every self-help strategy going (and plenty of self-medicating). None of it worked, until I understood why it wasn't working.
So I did the emotional work. I learned self-compassion, let go of the shame, and stopped fighting how my brain works.
Years later, I went back to university and got a First in Psychology and Counselling.
Same brain. Different approach.

What most ADHD advice gets wrong:
Jumping right into practical strategies isn't the answer.
They work for a week or so, you get excited. Then they're quickly forgotten, only making you feel worse about yourself.
What works is addressing what's underneath. When you've spent many years beating yourself up no strategy will stick.
You can't organise your way out of shame, or hack your way past self-doubt.
The emotional side of things is the foundation to it all. That's where I start.
Alongside the productivity, we look at working on self-compassion. Learning how your brain actually works and uncovering strengths you didn't realise you had.
This turns the strategies into something sustainable, not just a temporary fix.
Coaching won't make ADHD vanish.
But it can transform how you live with it
Imagine being able to
Stop the internal war
and start working with your brain instead of against it
Learn to trust yourself again
by actually achieving things, not just planning them
Build systems that actually fit
because what works for neurotypical brains probably won't work for yours
Uncover your strengths
not just your struggles
Navigate overwhelm
without shutting down

How it works:
We meet weekly or fortnightly via video call for 50-minute sessions.
Each one starts with what's going on for you. We figure out what's stuck and what to do about it together.
Between sessions you'll work on small, manageable actions. No homework pressure, just experiments to see what fits.
