Go from surviving to thriving

Living with ADHD is hard for anyone, but figuring it out or getting a diagnosis later in life comes with additional challenges. Whether diagnosed or not I help people gain clarity in how to move forward and create a life that works for them. This includes things like:

  • Navigating work or education

  • Improving self esteem and understanding your strengths

  • Managing overwhelm and getting on top of things

  • Overcoming perfectionism and task paralysis

  • Working on rejection sensitivity and improving relationships

  • Ending people pleasing and developing healthy boundaries

Working with Mike was a very supportive experience. His insightful questions helped me think much deeper and feel more confident with a lot more clarity. I was able to unlock some very simple strategies to make my day better, really powerful!

About me

I didn't discover my ADHD until I was in my late 30s and it came as a shock. It's been a journey but can say I'm happy with my life now and feel good about myself for the first time ever. Coaching helped massively with this and I'm passionate about helping other people achieve the same!

There is no one size fits all solution to managing life with ADHD, so I provide a personalised approach. When people find the tools and environment that are ideal for them and understand their strengths, huge changes are possible. Through coaching I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to figure out the best way forward and understand more about your own unique brain.

I completed 108 hours of training and gained certification in ADHD coaching with ADDCA who are the world leaders in the field and also hold a DipHE in Psychology and Counselling which is accredited by the British Psychological Society. I previously worked in learning and development for Brighton Council and the NHS which is where I developed my passion for coaching. Alongside this I have experience in mentoring and youth work for LGBTQIA+ mental health charities.

Mike was very warm and friendly which put me at ease, he really gets ADHD and how it affects people. He was great at helping me set up effective strategies to reduce the feeling of overwhelm and break down tasks to make them more manageable. As a result I was able to complete a large piece of work I had been procrastinating on for a long time!

Mike was a fantastic coach who was great at helping me uncover my own personal strategies, whilst also providing a professional and judgement free space. I really recommend his services.
