What is ADHD coaching?
Something's not working. Maybe you can name it, maybe you can't. My job is to help you figure that out, and find a way towards what matters most to you.
You bring whatever's stuck right now, and a willingness to experiment. I bring an ADHD-informed lens, and help you build the structure to follow through.
Coaching can help if you are:
Feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or struggling to follow through
Losing trust in yourself after years of feeling like you're failing
Procrastinating, even on things you actually want to do
Dealing with big emotions that knock you off course
Noticing the impact ADHD is having on your work and relationships
Making sense of a diagnosis, still waiting for one, or self-diagnosed
If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
How
I work
I take an approach that builds on what's already working, not just fixing what isn't.
You might be reading this feeling like nothing works, but you made it this far. There's something to be learned from how you got here that can be applied to where you want to be.
Using that knowledge, we can pinpoint what's most likely to work for you.
How we work together is just as important as what we work on.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for all identities. You won't need to mask with me.
What Happens In A Session
Each session starts with what's present for you. What's on your mind? What's feeling stuck? What do you want to focus on today?
From there, we explore together. I ask questions. I reflect back what I'm hearing with an ADHD perspective. This helps you see patterns and question beliefs that might be holding you back.
I won't write you a to-do list at the end of a session. You leave with clarity about what really matters, what's in the way, and what you want to try next.
Coaching is a practice, not a one-time fix. Between sessions, you experiment. Some things work. Some don't. We adjust and keep going.
The Practicalities
Sessions: 50 minutes, via Zoom
Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works for you
Packages: Single sessions £80, 5-session packs £350, or 10-session packs £650. I offer a limited number of reduced rate places for those on lower incomes.
What Coaching Isn't
Coaching isn't therapy. I'm not here to diagnose, treat, or provide mental health care. If you're in crisis or need further help, I can signpost you to the appropriate support.
It's also not mentoring. I won't tell you what to do.
Coaching works best when you're in a stable enough place to take action and are ready to make changes. It can work really well alongside therapy or medication, but it's not a replacement for either.
If we start working together and it turns out coaching isn't the right support for where you are now, I offer a full refund on any unused sessions - and an open door for when it is the right time.
