What is ADHD coaching?
ADHD coaching is about the two of us collaborating to help you understand how your brain works and build a life that fits it.
We work together to figure out what's getting in your way, what actually works for your brain, and how to move toward the things that are most important to you.
I bring an ADHD-informed lens, a strengths-based approach and lived experience. You bring your dreams, your challenges, and a willingness to experiment.
What can coaching help with?
Feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start
Struggling with time, planning, or follow-through
Procrastinating on things you actually _want_ to do
Dealing with big emotions that knock you off course
Losing trust in yourself after years of feeling like you're failing
Making sense of a late diagnosis and what it means for your life
Noticing the impact ADHD is having on your work and relationships
Currently waiting for an assessment, or self-diagnosed
If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
How
I work
I take a strengths-based approach - we're not just fixing what's "wrong"—we're building on what already works and finding more of it.
Self-compassion is the foundation. You can't shame yourself into change. But you _can_ learn to work with your brain instead of against it.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. What works for someone else might not work for you—and that's fine. We experiment until we find what fits.

A Safe Space
I bring lived experience of ADHD and Autism, a late diagnosis, and everything that comes with it.
I'm also part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Whoever you are, you'll find no judgement here.
The Practicalities
Here's how it works:
Sessions: 50 minutes, via Zoom
Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works for you
Packages: Single sessions £80, 5-session packs £350, or 10-session packs £650. I offer a limited number of reduced rate places for those on lower incomes.
Not sure if coaching is right for you? Book a free discovery call—no obligation, just an informal chat to see if we're a good fit.
What Coaching Isn't
Coaching isn't therapy. I'm not here to diagnose, treat, or provide mental health care. If you're in crisis or need further professional support, I can help point you toward the right resources—but coaching isn't a substitute for that.
It's also not mentoring—I won't hand you a system and tell you to follow it.
Coaching works best when you're in a stable enough place to take action and are ready to make changes. It can work beautifully alongside therapy or medication, but it's not a replacement for either.
If we start working together and it turns out coaching isn't the right support for where you are now, I offer a full refund on any unused sessions - and an open door for when it is the right time.
