Are you an ADHD or AuDHD small business owner who is passionate about what you do but drowning in admin?
ADHD brains thrive on novelty and interest which can make running a small business in an area you're passionate about a great fit. The problem is this can make the repetitive and boring aspects like admin feel nearly impossible.
Emails sit unanswered, invoices don't get sent, leads aren't followed up on, growth stalls. It's frustrating because the ability is there. You know exactly what to do but there's a missing link stopping you taking action.
I work with small business owners one to one to help them clear the backlog and get tasks they've been avoiding out of the way. Then help develop the systems and strategies needed to stop it building up again. This means less time spent agonising over admin and more time doing what comes naturally and building the business.
How
I work
The first hour is a coaching session to understand more about what's going on and make a plan on where to start.
Then we immediately move into action with whatever support is needed. Any blocks that come up we figure out and keep moving. Tasks that have been hanging around for months can get done in a matter of hours.
Clients are usually sitting on many thousands of pounds of unclaimed revenue and potential new business. The relief from finally taking action is immediate. The financial rewards follow shortly after.
Once the backlog is cleared support comes from two directions.
-
One to one coaching to develop the understanding of how your brain works so you can take action even when the interest isn't there.
-
Support in making use of technology and automation to minimise time spent on admin while giving more time for the interesting bits.
Why Work With Me?
A lot of people come to me feeling embarrassed about the situation they have found themselves in. I live with AuDHD and run a small business myself so there's no judgement here, just support.
My ADHD coaching training is with ADDCA, widely recognised as world leaders in ADHD coaching. 100+ hours of training with supervised practice and exams. I also hold a DipHE in Psychology which helps me stay on top of the latest research and best practice.
Before this my professional background was in administration management and process improvement within local government, NHS and small businesses. From coaching employees on time management and productivity to streamlining processes and implementing new systems.

About Body Doubling
Body doubling is working in the presence of someone else, whether it's online or in person. It's widely seen as one of the best strategies to get going on tasks that feel completely stuck.
The presence of someone else gives the activation energy needed to begin a boring or overwhelming task. It also gives much needed accountability and external structure.
I work in one hour blocks, the start of the session is defining and breaking down the task and removing distractions. We set a timer for 50 minutes to get working. Then when the timer is up check in and celebrate what got done.
